Position Overview
Bloom Kenya is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to lead our social media presence and drive brand engagement. This is a part-time consultant role with flexible working hours, ideal for a candidate with strong digital marketing expertise and a passion for fashion. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and executing digital marketing strategies to build a strong online community.

- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
- Plan and execute innovative campaigns to promote products, collections, and brand initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Develop visually appealing and high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Organize and conduct photoshoots, video shoots, and other content production activities.
- Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Write compelling and brand-aligned captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Grow and nurture the brand’s online community through interactive and engaging content.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand reach.
- Research and understand the target audience, identifying content preferences and trends.
- Utilize analytics tools to track audience behavior and refine content strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Website, etc.).
- Optimize ads for engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Prepare monthly reports on key metrics, performance insights, and recommendations.
Website Management
- Upload and update content on the website, including product listings, blog posts, and promotions.
- Create and implement seasonal website layouts that align with brand campaigns.
- Ensure website visuals and copy are aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Work closely with the web development team to improve user experience and functionality.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, audience preferences, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.
